Reviews
Wonderful GI Doctor and very thorough. Best of the best very happy with him .
Dr. Chen is friendly, thorough, doesn't rush you and answers what questions you may have. He takes a genuine interest in the patient's issues and concerns. He is reassuring and explains procedures. My office visit was quick and efficient. I was checked in, screened by the assistant, and consultation with Dr. Chen all within 35 minutes. The office space is pleasant and clean with plenty of parking.
Dr Chen is a brilliant, competent surgeon. He is blunt but in only in that you follow direction for procedure. He did an ERCP on me 2 years ago and cleared away the thickening and "sludge" He took a biopsy and stented me. I had zero problems with his ability to do this procedure well. The blockage/thickening has returned as Dr Nicastri checked it during my surgery to remove my gallbladder one month ago however labeled it a "stricture" in my body.
Dr. Chen is an extremely professional and compassionate GI doctor. He is very thorough and listens to his patients questions and concerns. He explains procedures in a reassuring way that allows his patients to feel less anxious. I highly recommend Dr. Chen! He's an expert in the gastrointestinal medical field.
