About Veena Kumaravel, M.D.
Dr. Kumaravel graduated from the Aurora Healthcare Gastroenterology Fellowship program in Milwaukee, WI. She recently joined Digestive Health Associates of Texas and practices primarily at the Methodist Richardson Medical Center. Dr. Kumaravel has endoscopy privileges at the Preston Crossing Endoscopy Center, where she performs outpatient procedures. She treats a wide range of general gastroenterology and liver-related disorders and has a specific interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and pregnancy-related GI disorders.

Love Dr Kumaravel. Being a woman, she has that extra special touch and care for her elderly patients. I've always had the best care from TDDC starting back in the 1990s with Dr Mark David Dalton then his replacement Dr Nanji now his replacement Dr Arthi Kumaravel.

Dr. K is awesome! She is very thorough, takes her time to explain things to you in a way you understand. She make you feel comfortable and never rushed, giving you the opportunity to ask questions. She is a wonderful physician!!!
