Tom McCarthy

Tom develops and executes the human resources strategy and leads all human resources functions for GI Alliance.

Tom brings a wealth of human resources skills and experiences from several industries. Prior to joining GI Alliance in 2019, Tom served as the Vice President, Human Resources for Terminix, a ServiceMaster company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for FreightCar America. Tom spent the first twenty years of his career with the General Electric Company in human resources leadership roles in the Aviation, Plastics and Capital businesses.

Tom’s holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
