Stephanie Morris

Stephanie Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer for GI Alliance, bringing more than 15 years of financial, operational, and physician compensation leadership experience within the healthcare industry. She partners with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to strengthen financial performance, enhance transparency, and support sustainable growth across the nation’s leading gastroenterology network.

Prior to stepping into the CFO role, Stephanie served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Physician Compensation, where she led key initiatives that improved organizational accountability, refined budgeting processes, and advanced physician compensation models to increase accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and elevate satisfaction. She played a central role in the successful Cardinal Health transaction and oversaw the development of enterprise dashboards that provided real-time insights into productivity, scheduling optimization, recruiting performance, and financial outcomes. Earlier in her career, she held progressive leadership roles in healthcare workforce optimization and financial strategy, driving multimillion-dollar savings, implementing scalable operating structures, and deploying analytical tools to inform clinical and operational decision-making.

Stephanie is known for her strategic mindset, disciplined execution, and strong ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lindenwood University.
