Between myself and a family member, I have experienced three procedures. From the preop appointment to procedure day and afterwards, everything was well explained, literature was thorough, The staff both inside and outside the procedure was authentically caring, I didn’t feel like just a number. Staff called to follow up the day after the procedure. It was easy to get a hold of them if I had questions. Doctor came by before and after recovery. The exceptional overall service I received here has set a high standard for me. It’s disheartening to visit other practices that lack the same level of care and attention.
