About Scharles Konadu, M.D.

Why Gastroenterology?

The discipline of Gastroenterology is multifaceted. I love engaging my technical visuospatial skills via the art of endoscopy/colonoscopy and tackling the complex physiology of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas. This discipline requires a unique patient-physician relationship anchored on trust, compassion, and mutual respect.

What Can Patients Expect?

I genuinely enjoy learning about my patients and their families. This enables me to enforce a team-based approach when it comes to resolving their issues and helping them live better lives.

What are your interests outside of Patient care?

I enjoy music of many genres, comedy, travel, cooking, and spending time with my family.
