I had an appointment with Natalie Owen, and I am very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of comfort, starting with the front desk greeting. The Medical assistant, Savannah, was lovely and calm while taking my blood pressure and history. PA Natalie Owen is different from many of the practitioners I have seen over the years, especially at the V.A. Medical Center. Her attitude and manner was genuine, kind, and caring. When we discussed my plan of care, she carefully took the time to make sure I understood/comprehended what she was saying to me. Finding a doctor / PA who is caring, sensitive, and passionate about what they do is challenging. I’m so grateful. Thank You.
