I have gone to Dr. Hauptman for a number of years. Dr. Hauptman always takes time to listen to my concerns as well as ask questions to clarify information provided. The office staff and techs are professional and friendly. It has always been a pleasant experience for me.

I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Hauptman this week. As always, I found him to be friendly, informative and very professional. He listened to my concerns, altered my medication dosage and I'll see him in another 6mos. I'm very pleased with his care and the attention he gives me.

I have only had 1 appointment for a routine consultation. The colonoscopy is a couple weeks away so I can't rate that experience yet. The office staff was friendly. The appointment time for the consultation was quick. The procedure appointment was booked several weeks out but I was able to have an afternoon appointment which I wanted. The Dr was friendly and answered the few questions I had. There was a bit of a wait time at the appointment. New patient paperwork is lengthy as usual but most can be filled out online ahead of time.
