About Rebekah (Becky) H. Lemann, M.D.
Becky Lemann received her medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans in 2001. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency at LSU, she did a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Lemann began practicing in Marrero in 2007. She is a member of several GI societies, including the American College of Gastroenterology, American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and she is Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
Dr. Lemann practices at the Uptown office of Metropolitan Gastroenterology Associates.

Dr. Lemann is an excellent physician. She has treated me for several gastrointestinal issues over several years and I’ve always found her to be professional, thorough, understanding, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. My last visit was for a procedure that I was very nervous about, but the pre and post care was excellent and Dr. Lemann made me feel comfortable and all went well. For that, I was most grateful.
