The procedure experience was good. It was well explained an everything was handled on time with little waiting. I have to comment how happy everyone who works at the clinic. It must be a great place to work. Dr Putcha is very good at what he does. His explanation is easy to understand and he is very thorough. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that it took 4 tries to make the appointment. I would call and told DR Putcha’s assistant would call me back to schedule an appointment. No one ever called back. I finally got a person to book the appointment on the fifth try. Never heard from the Dr’s Assistant.
Dr. Putcha and his staff are incredibly kind, reassuring, friendly, and competent. Dr. Putcha just performed my third or fourth colonoscopy at Texas Endoscopy in Plano and I’ll never go anywhere else. FIVE STARS
