From the front desk to the doctor very helpful. Andrew was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and I really appreciate that about health care professional that they're listening to your concerns as a patient I would highly recommend.
TDDC... Andrew... Grand Patient Care. Thank you!!
Had a visit with Dr. all was good. Everyone was very engaging and helpful.
If you are looking for someone that wants to get down to the bottom of things after being gaslit or dismissed by other providers, this is the place to be. I’m so incredibly thankful for Andrew Kester, NP and his team. I have a complicated history and he discusses everything with care, takes note on how my symptoms have changed, genuinely asks about my concerns and how to address things going forward. Dr. Mansour seems to be sweet as well! I’m so thankful for their dedication to their patients. Being in the medical field myself, I know how important it is to make patients feel safe and heard. They do an incredible job at that!
I have a history of GI problems going back decades to when I was quite young. While having emergency surgery and a subsequent 2 week in-hospital recovery, I met all staff of “THE” Austin GI group at the time, and I will say they were quite smug about this young mother’s misfortune and near death experience. They sat in my room discussing me with one another as if I weren’t even there. They never asked me questions or engaged me in discussing my prognosis or showed any degree of care for the patient. It was as if I weren’t even there. I’d been trying to get into one of them prior to escalating to emergency status, but they would not accept me without a referral, and my PCP wasn’t thinking “GI,” so he was referring me to all the wrong places. Thankfully, after recovering and having a subsequent surgery, I spent the next few decades seeing different physicians within that longstanding Austin GI group in various parts of town as we moved around, and every single one was dismissive, disrespectful or rude. A few years ago we made our last move to Georgetown and tried that group one more time at their new location in GT, with new staff. I was hopeful, but nope- they’re still awful. Then I found TDDC, met Dr, Siddiqui, and found him to be very open, kind, patient and informative. For once, a GI doctor seemed to view the body as one system vs a collection of independent organ systems. I now have all of my family members seeing Dr. Siddiqui at TDDC. If you’re reading this, you already know it’s standard practice within GI Clinics to see a PA or NP unless you’re having a procedure, and I’ve seen a few of them within TDDC. Recently, my FU appointment was scheduled in Pflugerville with NP Andrew Kester, and WOW, was he a wonderful surprise. I’ve seen A LOT of medical professionals, but never have I encountered one who listened so well, understood and respected me, and used his professional knowledge to pull together an investigation using proactive diagnostics. Like the initial experience with Dr. Siddiqui, Andrew Kester seemed to view the body as a whole, and he ordered assessment of my whole body. I am finalizing the diagnostics and will be seeing him soon. Lab reports tell me all is good, but I look forward to seeing Andrew so I can thank him for valuing his patient enough to investigate and find out possible explanations and solutions for troublesome symptoms. If you haven’t concluded by now, this is a 5 Star review for NP Andrew Kester and ALL the staff at TDDC Pflugerville. Everyone there is so professional, so helpful, so kind and so.. “chill.” Thank you, TDDC Pflugerville and Andrew Kester.
