About Paul B. Milner, M.D.
Paul B. Milner, a Gulfport, MS native, joined the GI Associates family in 1995 and is one of the gastroenterologists at the Flowood GI Associates and Endoscopy Center and the Madison GI Associates and Endoscopy Center.
Dr. Milner received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi where he also pursued his medical degree. He completed his residency and internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California at Davis Medical Center and completed his fellowship training at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans with an emphasis in therapeutic endoscopy and billiary disease. He is board certified in and Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.
In addition to working at GI Associates, Dr. Milner is also a Clinical Investigator for the Mississippi Center for Clinical Research. He has received various honors and awards and is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Gastroenterology Association. He did four years of research for the Ochsner Medical Foundation and has authored several publications.

Great response fantastic help and service
Everyone was very professional. Dr Milner Put you at ease. Could not have had a better experience.
Dr. Milner was so passionate & took the time to explain everything that was about to happen & what had possibly caused me to have these issues. I would recommend him to anyone having gastrointestinal problems. After my procedure was over he came to see me & made sure I knew everything that happened & what was found. He was awesome.
Dr. Milner practices medicine the way it should be done. He has a genuine interest and concern for his patients that is sincere and so comforting. Add to that his vast experience and level of expertise and you have thar rare and wonderful example of a true healer. I am very thankful to call him my doctor.
The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ve had colposcopy performed in the past by Dr. Milner and I believe he’s one of the best with really great bed side manner.
