Utah Gastroenterology - Old Mill - Salt Lake City, UT

Dr Jones is an awesome doctor. He is an effective communicator. He saved my life, literally. However, the new location- old mill- is more frustrating. The wait time doubled and it seems more disorganized. I go to my annual visit and they never send through my updated prescription. I also manage my blood draws. Because of the quality care I have received from Dr. Jones, I will continue as a patient, but be prepared for a long wait and incomplete management of your needs from the office.

The Drs and staff are very attentive and caring. Dr Maxwell has explained every detail so we understand procedures and results. There may be some delay in getting an appointment, but this just means they are good at what they do.

This office of Utah Gastro and its doctors are amazing. I had a horrific experience with the St Marks office, terrible, but this office and its staff and doctors were so friendly and accommodating and their communication with me has been wonderful
