From the Receptionist 's, staff, and being seen by Dr Nicholas Lillo, M.D. they were all very kind and professional. Moreover, they put me at ease right away. I was very nervous being that it was my very first visit at their office. I had a very rough morning and I was able to relax and even laugh a little. The Customer service was excellent.
