I enjoyed talking to the doctor who will be doing the colonoscopy on me. He was very attentive to what I told him about us taking our adult children, their spouses, and their children on vacations. He has done this procedure on me before.

I had a procedure done and I was terrified but Dr. Pathikonda and his staff were amazing and helped me to calm down. I encountered about 6 staff from start to finish, including Dr. Pathikonda himself, and every single one of them had fantastic bedside manner and made me feel safe. I'm grateful to Dr. Pathikonda and his staff at the Fort Worth Endoscopy Center. I'd also like to add that I had multiple concerns before my procedure that I needed answers from his staff and each time I called, I got a call back, usually same day or the next day if I called late. Depending on the urgency of my concerns, Dr. Pathikonda himself called me back. He was concerned for my well being and I was so afraid to even show up. I'm grateful I did. Thank you, Dr. Pathikonda and staff.
