My name is Pamela. I’m completing the survey for my sister, Linda Wilson, who has progressive dementia.The visit was comfortable & very accommodating for her. She had no side effects following her Endoscopy procedure.
As usual Dr Silvers was wonderful. I’ve seen him for years n he’s always taken time with me. He listens n cares which is very rare in this current medical climate.
1st time to this office. The staff was professional. They are in the midst of a software / system change and still managed to get my new patient information inputed and me to the back for My1st in office consultation.
Excellent experience with communication, planning, procedure, and follow-up.
I was seen in a timely manner & the staff was very polite & helpful!
