About Mary Allyson Lowry, M.D.
Dr. Lowry is the newest addition to our Pediatric Department. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Mississippi and went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Upon completing medical school, Dr. Lowry completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and also completed a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the Monroe Carrell, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She is board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Dr. Lowry holds numerous awards including the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Society Fellows Research Award, Washington, DC; 2015.
