Reviews
I really like Dr. Harris - she is kind and caring and accommodating. The staff at this practice is far below the mark. Before my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure I was supposed to get an rx from their pharmacy partner. The rx was never called in so a week before I began calling to get the rx sent to my pharmacy. I never received a call back from them until noon on the Friday before my Monday procedure despite daily calls about the issue. On Wednesday when I called a receptionist told me "I would just have to wait longer" for the tech to call me back with such a rude tone that I couldn't even speak after wards I was in such shock. Luckily I don't need to spend a lot of time with this dr so I'm sure I'll stay as a patient because Dr. Harris is so nice and unfortunately I've learned this is pretty much par for the course as far as medical staff goes. It must be hard to find competent and empathetic employees anymore.
Dr.Murray has been my doctor for many years. He explains things to me and has always helped me when my colon acts up.
Dr. Murray is easy to talk to and has made me feel comfortable during visits/exams.
I’ve been using Dr Mark Murray for over 10 yrs. He’s always personable and answers all my questions. He’s great about explaining everything and making sure you understand. I highly recommend him.
From start to finish the entire staff was friendly, answered all questions and concerns, very professional and efficient. I'm happy with my care and would recommend!
