I had an excellent experience from the scheduling and front desk people up through the nurses assistants and PA Laura Johnson. All were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. PA Laura Johnson was fantastic. She was straight forward and she explained things simply without ever being the slightest rushed or condescending. She provided a great plan, with options.

I feel fortunate to have Dr Haveman as my gastroenterologist. A kind gentleman with wide knowledge and experience. iQ over 140 but still has marvelous social skills. Very patient and really listens, never rushed or tired. You could be shipwrecked on an island with him and have a great time.
