I am Dr Friedman patient , he is a amazing doctor but the guy who answer the calls in his office is very rude , he has accent so he need to speak more slow and be more helpfull , he did ignore my bad pain and refused to call to my insurance , the insurance company asked to them give a call to them and he refused , I was in pain and he don’t even care 😢
