Me and my wife just met Dr. Chi for a consult visit. Very impressed with his knowledge and great personality. I will be having a double balloon colonoscopy soon. He is one of the few in Illinois that can perform this procedure at a hospital.
Excellent service from all the staff there. Anna went above and beyond to help with an insurance issue and had it resolved within 30 minutes. All star team!

Everything went smooth with my visit to Dr Chi. Got in for prep within 10 minutes of arrival. And was out quicker then I thought I would. No after effects.
dr. chi was nice. but his staff is terrible. I have not gotten appointment with liver specialist because they didn't receive referral from Dr. chi office. I called and left many messages. it has been more than 1 weeek. Surgery scheduler also has bad attitude,not explained fully.

Dr. Chi was extremely kind and thoughtful. He made time to see me with a health concern and was very attentive. I am grateful to both him and his staff.

I was very impressed by Dr. Kenneth Chi’s professionalism. He was attentive to hear my concerns and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail without rushing. Dr. Chi was approachable and comfortable to communicate with. There was a wait to see the doctor of more than two months because his clinic was full, but it was well worth the wait.
