Jim Shields

Jim develops the financial strategy and internal management of GI Alliance finance, accounting and reporting teams.

Jim brings a strong set of financial skills and experience to GI Alliance from several industries. Prior to joining GI Alliance in 2019, Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer for Terminix, a ServiceMaster company. He also served as ServiceMaster’s VP, Treasurer & Investor Relations. GI Alliance benefits from his financial work experiences from MoneyGram, Royal Caribbean, Celanese and CenturyLink.

Jim’s education in finance began at The Wharton School where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He earned an additional degree, a MBA, from Duke University- The Fuqua School of Business.
