About Jain Shailavi, M.D.

Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?

I am interested in diagnosing and managing a wide variety of digestive health issues, including gastroesophageal reflux (GERD),

irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), abdominal pain, chronic constipation, and the prevention of colorectal cancer.

What can patients expect when they visit your office?

I am committed to fostering an open, compassionate environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their symptoms and concerns. I work alongside my patients to reach an accurate diagnosis, taking the time to clearly explain their conditions, outline necessary procedures and answer any questions. My goal is that my patients feel informed and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Interests/Hobbies/Family

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling around the world, snorkeling/scuba diving, dancing (Indian Classical dance), and spending time with my friends and family.
