About Jachi Sun, M.D.

I care for all GI conditions but also have extra fellowship training in all interventional procedures and enjoy a challenge. Additionally, cancer care and prevention are near and dear to me. GERD and Barrett's esophagus are my current focus, and the incidence is on the rise.

Why Gastroenterology?

I immediately liked GI while in medical school because it provides a mixture of preventative care and care for life-threatening conditions. It also combines young and old patients, males and females and allows for sharing the joys and trials of walking with patients with acute and chronic conditions.
