May was great. Took plenty of time to answer my questions about a sensitive subject. Put me at ease and had a good sense of humor. The procedure was well explained and came off smoothly and as comfortable as one can expect. Only downside was about a 30 minute wait, half dressed alone in the treatment room, and some redundant paperwork for which they could easily engineer a more patient friendly process.
My experience with Rachel Hansen, and team @ granite peaks , was very professional. Very informative.
I will be going back for another procedure in a month.

Dr Jansen who brings me to this place. Getting through their customer service is really tuff. Some times takes few hours to get to talk to someone

The doctor was nice. They were professional. But it was a waste of my time. They only do internal hemorrhoids not external. I knew I had an external hemorrhoids but thought they would be the experts on hemorrhoids. Nope. They do banding. That's it. Don't waist your time if you have an external one. They will just send you to a surgeon.

Dr. Heiner and May Marschner are amazing. Not only are they very skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy and great at what they do, but extremely caring as well. They take the time to ask questions and make sure they meet all of your needs, even if your appointment may have been for something different than additional concerns you may have.
I highly recommend Granit Peaks. It is so worth the 40 minute drive from Park City area. You just can't find this great of care and service in Park City, UT.
