I feel like I wasted the PA's time. I suppose it's my mind playing tricks about my stomach?? I have a little discomfort that feels like gas. I'm not in pain. She offered an ultrasound but then said She didn't think I needed it. I'm retired and I feel the crunch of no regular salary so I didn't get the ultrasound. She told me to drink more water and exercise. I am doing more water for sure. I enjoy walking to get out of the House. I will use my weights and try to feel better
Nurse Practioner Phiy is amazing. She followed up with a phone calll the next day to check on my health status which meant so much to me

From the moment, I was referred to Dr. Masand’s office, Kaitlyn and Sophia went above and beyond in handling my scheduling and medication needs, and Michelle, his PA performed a thorough assessment and explained my exam in detail.

People are very professional, prompt, and courteous. The portal can be challenging, especially trying to get through the 2-step security second code process. It didn't always send a 6 digit code. It is missing a section to fill out "implants" in the initial forms, but doesn't allow an update for that section, which shows up on the "completed" information when logging in.
