Good visit. All very professional and courteous.
I had my colonocopy procedure done by Dr. Sai. I couldn't have had a more perfect dr. or process. The office staff setting up the appointments were courteous, kind and professional. The morning of the procedure Dr Sai came to meet me in pre-op and explain everything that would happen and assured me I would be taken care of. Soon after the procedure he came to give me the results and explain the findings. Everything was smooth and stress free. Dr. Sai is compassionate, warm, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend him and his office.

The only mishap was upon arrival for a colonoscopy to be informed that I was not on the schedule. They did work me in, however, it created unnecessary anxiety.

Dr. Sai Raghavapuram is an exceptional physician based on my interactions with him. His genuine and sincere approach immediately puts you at ease, creating a comfortable environment for open communication. He truly listens and takes the time to ensure you feel understood and cared for, making every interaction a positive experience.
Dr. Ton is the best primary physician I have ever had. She is very well trained. She recognized my earache as a symptom of arthritis when two others were at a loss. She is warm and caring, a wonderful person.
My visit to DHAT in Legacy - Frisco, was such an awesome experience. I met Dr. Sai during my visit, and he was very patient, professional, and relatable. Dr. Sai worked closely to ensure that I received the care that I needed. He takes time to listen to his patients, and equally answers all the questions that comes his way in a very personable manner. His doctor - patients professional relationship is top notch.
The administrative staff are also the best. They quickly called me to reschedule my appointment closer when another patient cancelled a previous appointment.

Dr. Sai Raghavapuram is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt at ease during the colonoscopy. A top-notch experience!
Great experience! I was in and out of there. I waited in the waiting room longer than I was in the back for the procedure. ALL of the staff was kind. Best first experience ever! Oh and the nap you get is one of the best 🤩.

I saw Dr Maddala today for a routine colonoscopy. This was my first time visiting her practice and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The person at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very friendly and efficient. Karen, the nurse who accompanied me through all the preparation was personable, professional and proficient. Her demeanor would put anyone at ease. Amber the anesthesiologist was the best ever and I’ve had many (over 15). Besides being excellent at her job, she was funny and I enjoyed joking around with her. Even though I only talked to her for a few minutes, Dr. Maddala was great too. I highly recommend this facility for any digestive health needs.
