Dawit Jowhar, M.D.

Dr. Dawit Jowhar provides expert care for a wide range of digestive health concerns, including acid reflux (GERD), abdominal pain, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and colon cancer. Dr. Jowhar has a particular interest in colon cancer prevention and is highly skilled in screening colonoscopies and removing polyps using minimally invasive techniques.

He chose to specialize in gastroenterology because it enables him to combine clinical insight with procedural expertise to diagnose and treat complex conditions accurately. Through procedures such as upper endoscopy (EGD) and colonoscopy, Dr. Jowhar delivers effective, individualized care while building long-term relationships with his patients.
