Upon getting in the building, both receptionist were a bit nasty and didn’t want to be bothered. When I walked in, they told me just to sit down and I asked him. How are you gonna know who to call when you don’t even know my name? They said they’ll figure it out in a mean tone. It was like I was bothering them. That was the only bad part. Everyone else was super nice and attentive to make sure I was comfortable explaining everything. I’m bounced to them. I’m a medical professional myself of 26 years. So I know exactly what to look for. All the staff that were in touch with me except for , the sign in people was really good. Dr. Kim was very good at explaining things in detail. Even though I already knew what he was talking about. He has a good bedside manner and so does his staff. Then I did the other half of the test the next day with a different facility at Hayes. They were also pretty good. And like I said, my only issue was with the receptionist they were God awful. If you don’t like working with people then why get a job or you’re directly doing so? It’s beyond me. It’s set the tone in a sour mood before I got to even see the doctor. Dr. Kim and his staff are fabulous.
Dr. Kim and the nursing staff were very thorough, friendly and prompt. Dr. Kim takes the time to listen and gives explanations to understand certain symptoms, which to me shows he truly cares about his patients.
Dr Kim was very thorough and explained everything to me to help me understand
Dr. Kim did a wonderful job answering my questions and providing me with the information and services I need! I appreciate the staff members who also assisted and did a fantastic job!
Excellent beyond belief.
