There is no long waiting periods and the front desk is always friendly. The efficient staff work very well together in a timely manner. Dr. Hutchinson is patient, smart and kind. It’s the best procedure facility I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

All staff, including Dr Hutchinson were professional. Explained everything, answered any questions I had.
Excellent professional process gives total confidence in the process and was well communicated after with follow up calls the next day and biopsy results w/I 4 days, every detail was very timely, reliable and well communicated.

Doctor Hutchinson staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Hutchinson spent quite a bit of time with me asking questions to determine what I needed. He made some recommendations which I am following, and I am very pleased with the fact that the problem seems to be getting better.
I have been seeing Doctor Hutchinson for about 10 years and I am so thankful that I have a doctor like him. He absolutely saved my life 10 years ago and he immediately found what was wrong with me and addressed my situation and that is why I can share this review with you. He is an amazing doctor and person and his staff support is awesome and his NP doctor is also excellent. The wait time at many doctors offices can exhaust a person and yet at Doctor Hutchinson’s office I have been either called in earlier than my scheduled time or exactly on time, a very rare occasion now days. Many thanks to you Doctor Hutchinson for being friendly, kind and understanding and for caring about my health.
Really good doctor not judgemental about his patient's lifestyle just gave recommendations and scheduled tests. My procedure was scheduled a few months out but they did take really good care of me during the procedure I received the results fast which was very comforting. I highly recommend Dr Hutchinson and his team
I had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Hutchinson on January 22. While the prep was a challenge, the procedure went well with no problems in the hospital or after discharge. Dr. Hutchinson explained the results and the needed follow up. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Very professional, and got to the point. Just need to update their scheduling, because I never got a call back to schedule.
Takes quite a BIT to get in. Intake form you either lock up in person. Or download. Print. Fill out. Take in in person. NICEST people on the entire island tho! Thorough. Sits down first appointment and gathers all info in his office. You’re fully dressed, in a huge comfy chair, across from him at a desk. Going over health history. Goals. Etc. My friend Maria Figueroa has been begging me to go to them for years. Every single primary care doc I get on island disappears within 6 mos! I do NOT care for Ali’i primary care one bit! Won’t go there!!! I’ve finally found a doc on island. If he leaves, a whole team is behind him ready to fill In. I think we’ll get to bottom of my gastro nightmares. With only two gastro docs on whole island. Hard to get in to see them!
Convenient. Easy parking. Friendly staff. I think I saw a clinic DOG inside too! They did say I was 1.5 inches shorter than I’ve been all my life. They may need to check their tape measure!!!!!

Dr Hutchinson is amazing! Didn’t make me feel rushed, explained everything and answered all my questions! He is very kind and caring!
The anesthesia nurse on the other hand…rude as hell! I have small veins. They roll, dip, collapse, blow out I am a hard poke! I tell all the nurses that! The first nurse came in tried to set up IV and blew my vein..she was so upset. I told her it’s okay it happens. She said I will get someone else. So she got the anesthesia nurse. I told her how bad my veins were and I had a hot pack I could use to help once she found where she wanted to poke me..I would need 5 minutes. She then said very snarky..”Well if you are that hard you need to just go to the hospital and let them do your procedure! We are on a schedule here!!”
Dr Hutchinson came in and asked how it was going and I told him exactly what was said and done..he said “No! We are going to take care of you. I want to know what is going on…we have time! Don’t worry we will get this done today.”
He spoke to the nurse and she came in and said “sorry if I offended you.”
I feel like she only said that because I told the dr how she treated me and he said something! Not because it was genuine. She was cold and callous the rest of the time! If you aren’t caring and considerate maybe it’s time to retire!!

Very well run with competent support, medical staff. It was clean and pleasantly set up with a large, busy waiting room and roomy back exam rooms, which did not contain computer terminals in them. How refreshing that we were able to speak directly to one another without the doctor with their nose in the computer.
