Darran Moxon, M.D.

Although neither Dr. Moxon nor I expected there to be any complications from my colonoscopy/polypectomy, things don’t always go as planned. What’s more important than the complication itself is how Dr. Moxon and his staff responded to my needs. After leaving a message, a staff nurse quickly responded. She asked me to describe everything that I was experiencing, relayed my information to Dr. Moxon, and called me back right away to let me know what to expect moving forward. Dr. Moxon personally called me, initially to discuss the situation, but also to repeatedly check on me. He called, he texted, and his actions showed that he honestly cared about me. Naturally, I appreciated the personal attention that Dr. Moxon gave me. I truly don’t believe that other doctors would do as much for their patients as he did for me. I look forward to my follow up appointment next week and will happily move forward with Dr. Moxon for all my future gastroenterology needs. Thanks Dr. Moxon (and staff) !! .
