Drs. Schwartz, Tarnasky, and Kedia will continue to operate at the same location at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center, maintaining the same address. Please note their new phone number is 469-695-2035.

For transferring your medical records to Methodist Medical Group, reach out to HealthMark at 800-659-4035 to request your records be faxed to the new fax number 469-695-2036.

Dorothy, the prep nurse was absolutely fabulous. I loved the nurse practitioner anesthesiologist. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Linder were great and the entire experience was an eventful and went smoothly. As usual the worst part was the preparation the day before.
