Very quick , very thorough, very nice endoscopy center
No one likes a colonoscopy- but Dr. Patel makes the experience as easy and efficient as possible. I woke up feeling great, with no after affects. He’s knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.
Quick, I felt nothing, it was easy . The only horrible part was the prepping!
It was my first colonoscopy and as you can imagine I was incredibly nervous. It’s invasive and the prep is uncomfortable to say the least. My experience with Dr Patel and his team was probably one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Check in was easy and quick. The nurses were kind and patient. Dr Patel was wonderful, and thorough with all his explanations. They even checked in on me the following day to make sure I was doing well. It was genuine and personalize care for patients.
Dr Patel is awesome! The staff at St Joseph failed to keep my family member updated throughout the procedure. They weren't notified of anything until it was time for me to leave. That does not reflect on Dr Patel. I am very happy with him and his services.
