Always a pleasant experience, very professional
Dr. Swales and his staff were very friendly and supportive. He had reviewed my record prior to our visit and answered all my questions in detail, giving me a sense of confidence in my care.
I had no waiting to be called in to exam room. The nurses, reception and Dr. Swales were all pleasant. I did not feel hurried at all. Everyone made sure I was informed and willing to answer my questions.
