I went in hesitating my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy in one day! His whole team provided me care, reassurance; comfort. They took care of me as if I was their only patient (although there were a lot others). I asked to go to the bathroom about three times and it didn’t seem like I was bothering them. The Secretary “Adrienne” came and got me when I arrived at 85 Jefferson Street (wrong location). Very professional presentation and atmosphere. I’ve never experienced such “Royalty”. Dr Swoles was excellent. He was there before I went to sleep and when I awoke! I will not hesitate visiting again.
