About the Study

What is the
ARES-CD Clinical Study?

Researchers are evaluating an investigational medication to assess its safety and effectiveness in individuals with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease. The study aims to expand treatment options, and eligible participants may receive study-related care at no cost.

Open to individuals aged 16-75 with Crohn's disease.
Participants must have had Crohn's disease for at least 3 months.
Study involves IV infusions and subcutaneous injections.
All study-related care and medication are provided at no cost.
Compensation may be available for study-related travel expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Participate?

You may qualify if you:

Are 16-75 years old

Have had moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease for at least 3 months

Have not responded well or stopped responding to at least one Crohn’s disease treatment

Have not tolerated corticosteroid dose reduction

Have not been able to tolerate taking at least one Crohn’s disease treatment

What to Expect

What's Involved in the Study?

Physical exams and health assessments

Blood, urine, and stool sample collection

lleocolonoscopy with biopsy

ECG (electrocardiogram) to monitor heart function

Chest X-ray or CT scan

All medical tests and investigational study medicine will be provided at no cost.
