Chris Kehres

Chris Kehres serves as Chief Growth Officer and EVP of Finance for GI Alliance. Mr. Kehres previously served as EVP of Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions from 2019 through 2021.

Chris brings over 15 years’ experience in healthcare finance, accounting, growth, and transaction experience. In his current role, Chris is responsible for overseeing GIA’s growth strategy to include organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, de novo real estate/ ASC opportunities, and strategic joint ventures. From 2017 to 2019, Chris served as CFO at Select Physician Services, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe where he focused on working with physician leaders in the office-based specialties of dermatology and gastroenterology. Preceding this role, Chris oversaw valuations, diligence and integration for Sheridan Healthcare, and then Envision Healthcare following their merger in 2016. In addition, Chris has held various leadership positions in corporate finance, M&A, and physician recruiting organizations. Since 2012, Chris has deployed over $5 billion of capital through growth efforts initiatives with physician practices, healthcare services organizations, and healthcare IT organizations.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University and lives with his wife and two children in the Dallas area.
