Dr. Charles Phan is a perfect gentheman-doctor. Very amiable and truly cares for his patients. Highly skilled gastroenterologist.
It was a chance encounter that I even met Charles Owen. I was hired by his wife to walk his dog. I was not doing well physically and Dr Owen took the time to talk to me about my health while sitting in his home. I had no insurance so did not see a doctor on a regular basis. Charles suspected something amiss with me and insisted he preform a colonoscopy. It was then he discovered the dreaded cancer. That was 14 years ago and I still thank this man for saving my life when at the time I could not help myself. He will always be number one in my book., yes I still walk the family dog every day.
From the time you walk in the office you're taken of. The staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Steephans is the best, she is patient and she listens. She explains the procedure and is very caring. I have the utmost respect and confidence when I'm in her care.
