They have efficient, kind staff. They return phone calls and refill prescriptions promptly. Dr. Long is good at routine colonoscopies and egd. They treated my stomach ulcer well and have helped me manage gerd and acid reflux. However, as far as I can tell they do not treat IBS. I'm not sure why. Other gastro docs websites have extensive nutritional info and tips but I've been left on my own to deal with IBS issues of bloating, diarrhea and constipation.
