I only spoke with Dr Jantz briefly before the procedure and I felt very confident that I was in the best of care. She is very skilled and this not being my first rodeo, I felt safe and assured with the years of experience in her gifted hands.
However, after my procedure, I received a text to comply if I was have any issues with YES or NO the day after. I replied with a YES and no one reached out to me. I had a splitting headache and my left gland under my ear had developed a painful knot. My throat felt raw and the night after the procedure I regurgitated through my mouth and nose, leaving a burning sensation from acid reflux. I live alone so I got a little panicked that no one reached out to me. I called Dr Jantz number and was referred to an assortment of buttons to push. I finally reached a kind male medical nurse to assure me this was normal and scheduled a follow up visit in two months.

She takes plenty of time with me and answers all my questions.
