Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?
Gastroenterology is a field of medicine I have been able to immerse myself into. It is a field that is ever changing with technology. I enjoy working with my patients in offering multiple options regarding their care. It is a field in which I am able to truly affect my patients’ lives both short term and long term. Developing a plan involving the patient is an effective approach in the patient’s treatment outcome. I am someone who believes that it is my job to educate the patient and let them make an empowered decision about their care.
I enjoy performing upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCPs. I like to offer additional options to my patients such as high resolution esophageal manometry, pH testing, and video capsule endoscopy.

Reviews
Dr. Miller and his staff are amazing!!! I went in for a hemorrhoid banding. It was super quick but just as quick, my blood pressure plummeted. Dr. Miller had to loosen the banding and Kellie, the nurse stayed with me and cared for me until my color and blood pressure returned to safe levels. I felt very nourished and watched over. Much appreciated!!!
Love him!
Dr. Miller helped me finally figure out my concerns and issues. Highly recommend!

Dr Miller was a very smart and caring Dr. I was grateful for the time he took with my husband and I. Happy to recommend him for issues you are going through. Thanks, Lyle and Janet Meadows
