I was extremely nervous for my procedure but everyone was so understanding and sweet to help me calm down . I was guided step by step on what I was getting done and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Szeto was excellent. Definitely felt safe and heard with him. Nurse Amanda was very patient with me after I woke up from anesthesia . The anesthesiologist was very good with her IV and making me feel comfortable.

I thought the whole medical staff was professional and caring. Dr. Szeto took time to explain my procedure. Colonoscopy. No pain. I recommend TDDC. In Arlington tx.
In last Eight years I have had Colonoscopy check up done by TDDC ( Texas Digestive Disease Consultants ) at North Texas GI center three times and always I have been pleased by service of Doctors and staff, so, strongly, I would recommend this medical group specialy Doctor Brandon Szeto M.D. for everyone.

The only doctor I will let do my procedures

It's rare to find good doctors these days and when I came to his office first I was expecting the (sadly) typical 30 second "do this and that and then we can schedule a bunch of expensive tests" visit where the doctor barely looks up his chart, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a very good experience during and after a health scare with Dr. Szeto. He was patient and to the point, explained things well, and he and his office handled all details of the procedure efficiently and effectively.
We have had a couple appointments so far, and we have yet to have to wait very long to see him. Dr. Szeto is very pleasant. He listens to everything we have to say, and he gets to the point. He tells us what he is prescribing and why in ways that are easy to understand. My mom had a procedure with him, and it went well.
This is a wonderful doctor that thoroughly explains everything and answers all your questions. He has a great bedside manner. He doesn’t rush through anything! I feel very comfortable with him doing my upcoming procedures.
