Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio (GCSA) was established in 1978 and has grown into one of the leading private GI practices in Texas. We have 26 board-certified gastroenterologists on staff, and every single one is dedicated to providing you comprehensive, compassionate and individualized digestive and liver care.
We can see you at six clinic locations and perform advanced procedures in our three accredited endoscopy centers across San Antonio. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology to diagnose your condition and provide you relief. We offer various services not available at other GI practices, including endoscopic ultrasound, Bravo® pH monitoring, SmartPill® motility evaluation, wireless capsule endoscopy and high-resolution impedance manometry.

In addition to our outpatient services, our physicians have privileges at most major hospitals in San Antonio and will continue to care for you if you’ve been hospitalized.
