Bill Kayser

Bill Kayser leads organization-wide finance, accounting and compensation initiatives. A former U.S. Navy Lieutenant, Kayser recently held the position of chief financial officer at Prospero Health and served as VP of corporate development, strategy, and business development for McKesson, leading their acquisition, divestiture, and investment activity. Kayser also held progressively responsible finance positions at Harris Williams & Co. and Goldman, Sachs. Kayser attended the U.S. Naval Academy where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering. He additionally holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Planning from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. While serving in the U.S. Navy, Kayser’s tenure included division officer, instructor pilot, and mission commander, flying the P-3C Orion on global missions.
