Reviews

Dr. Root is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient. I felt at ease and comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and understood his advice for my health care. I highly recommend Dr. Root.

Dr. Root provided my 92-year-old dad the most thoughtful care and was so patient with our questions and concerns. We now have a good treatment plan in place, and my dad and I feel so relieved after fruitless visits to other doctors. In addition, Roup was wonderful and kind during the pre exam process. Finally, both the check-in staff and Alivia in scheduling made those processes effortless. Honestly one of my best experiences overall with a doctor’s appointment.

Dr. Root and his staff are very concerned about their patients. From the moment that they get you in the exam room, they are attentive and concerned about your health. Dr. Root takes the time to listen to you and talk to you about your condition. I am very grateful that my primary doctor referred me to see him. I feel like I am in good hands and that he is going to figure out what is going on with me and get me back to normal.

I was very nervous about getting my colonoscopy but the minute I was greeted with the front office staff they made me feel like I was important, so professional but also caring. Now let’s talk about the nurses in the back and it was nothing less than amazing. Dr Root is absolutely amazing and his bedside manner is absolutely a 20 on a scale from 1-10 I am so grateful for all of them. Sorry for the long review but I want you to know all of the information.
