Benjamin Griffith,

Ben Griffith serves as the President at GI Alliance, where he oversees the Operations, M&A + Growth, Revenue, and IT functions. Highly regarded by our physicians, Ben partners closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives that support the organization’s long-term vision. With extensive industry expertise and deep insight into both the company and the broader healthcare landscape, Ben’s leadership is pivotal in advancing GI Alliance’s commitment to multispecialty excellence.

Ben previously served as Chief Legal Officer of GI Alliance from 2022 until 2025. Prior to GI Alliance, he spent nearly a decade in private law practice, where he completed more than 100 mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry, including a number of industry-leading transactions. His experience spans physician practice management/MSOs, hospitals, health systems and other ancillary service providers, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business strategy.

Ben has previously been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and the St. Louis Business Journal as a 30 Under 30 award recipient. He holds a law degree cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
