Dr.Lila Mansour and Andrew Kester are two of the bests in my opinion. I finally resolved my digestive issues systematically with their help. I highly recommend their practice, both were very attentive, listening to my concerns and providing medications which helped me to finally get rid of my acid reflux, cramps, and digestive issues.

Great service! PA Andrew Kester was exceptional- clearly explained everything and really cared. On the other hand, the telephone service on Monday (25 Nov 2024) was extraordinarily terrible! Called twice about a prescription script and was placed in a queue for 15 minutes (with no choices) and then received a prompt to leave patient information. DID NOT get a return call Monday - Wednesday. If the office was closed, why didn’t the telephone service state that? If a doctor is paying for an answering service, why isn’t the service patient friendly? I worked IT 22 years and we had the IT department or customer service, access the answering service and add Days Closed/Holidays and adjust patient information/patient choices. If that isn’t available, the answering should be contracted to do this! Don’t be so cheap that the patients suffet!
