Reviews
Friendly staffs. Dr. LOBRANO took time to answer patient's questions. Thank you so much for taking care my mother.
I’m a new patient who was referred by my PCP. She listened and took account of all my issues to see which treatment would help me. Easy scheduling. Great front desk staff. And I didn’t wait long to be called back.
A good experience. It was my first time seeing a new doctor in a very long time.
Other than an initial administrative "hiccup" in trying to complete a "transfer of care" from one office/doctor to another, my experience was very, very pleasant. I believe the "hiccup" was a problem at the office I was transferring from so I still gave 5 stars because the Doctor and staff that I saw in the Plano office were wonderful. The office staff is friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough and didn't jump to any conclusions. She took her time with me, she listened, she explained everything in detail and I felt very confident with her recommendations. The check out process is so organized as well. I couldn't have picked a better location (Plano office) or a better Doctor (Dr Lobrano).
Very thorough and listens to your concerns. Always responds to calls and follow up that require immediate attention. Very caring and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile for her patients.
