Dr. Masand is a lifelong resident of Dallas, TX, which is where he was born and raised. He finished his undergraduate degree at Austin College and went on to medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He also completed a residency and fellowship in a medical center in Dallas. His expertise includes advanced non-invasive endoscopic procedures, such as endoscopy and colonoscopy, and advanced biliary procedures, including ERCP.

Dr. Masand and his team are wonderful. They spend plenty of time allowing for questions and ensuring that whatever medication or recommendations they make result in improvement in my quality of life. I appreciated that while my recent symptoms didn’t REQUIRE a medical procedure (I had enough going on that I could have a procedure now or wait and see a while longer if symptoms resolved), they allowed me to make the ultimate decision on whether or not to proceed. I went ahead and had the procedure, and the findings might have just saved my life! Prior to the procedure and following it, Dr. Masand was caring and reassuring. I am thankful for such a wonderful physician!

I have a great experience with Dr.Masand. I had to wait a little while to get an appointment, but it was worth it. He spent a lot of time with me and asked a lot of questions. He talked through initial thoughts and next steps and then gave me an overview of what might come later on down the road. He was very knowledgeable and kind and Inwiuld definitely recommend him.
