Location

Today, I had a 10:15 AM appointment and drove nearly an hour in heavy traffic to get there. I called the office to let them know I was running late but was placed on hold with music playing in my ear the entire time. By the time I hung up, I was already walking into the office—at 10:27 AM.
When I arrived, the receptionist checked to see if I could still be seen, but came back only to reschedule me for tomorrow. I explained the time and effort it took me to get there and even showed the call log confirming I had called while en route and been left on hold.
I understand that schedules can be tight, but the situation was frustrating, especially since I tried to communicate and was just minutes late. Despite this experience, I want to emphasize how much I value Dr. Mantas as a physician. He truly made a difference in my care, and I’m sorry I’ll have to find a new doctor due to location.
