Dr. Alexander Mantas is regarded as one of Dallas’ premier board-certified gastroenterologists offering consultation, evaluation and treatment of all gastrointestinal conditions. He is locally educated and trained and began his career in 2010 with the goal of creating a new approach to gastrointestinal care. He is a member of Digestive Health Associates of Texas (DHAT) and a physician at the top hospitals located in North Dallas. Dr. Mantas is excited to bring his patients into a state of perfect digestive health by combining the cutting-edge of modern science with the gentle art of old-fashioned medicine. He is a doctor to doctors, a teacher to students and a mentor to those entering the healthcare field. I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Mantas and I was very pleased with how efficient the actual operation took place. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I was a cash payer as well and it was a competitive price.

While a colonoscopy is No Fun to prepare for, Dr. Mantas and his team made the whole process pleasant and frankly, enjoyable. Booking the appointment (and rebooking to another day) was easy with his extremely competent staff. Once at the clinic for the procedure, everyone involved in the process was courteous, pleasant and just generally nice. They really work hard to put you at ease. My Dad (and his dad) died of colon cancer because he never got a colonoscopy - don't be like him - GET THEM! And get them here, I can't recommend Dr. Mantas highly enough.
